Datuk Lau Joo Hong has over 27 years of experience In the integrated livestock industry and retail market. He began his career in the family poultry business in 1991, overseeing processing operations and chicken product sales.

In 2007, he played a key role in expanding the Leong Hup International (LHI) Group’s poultry farming operations into Vietnam. He has served as a Director of LHI Holdings and Emivest Feedmill Vietnam since 2008 and 2010, respectively, and has led the development of the Group’s Vietnam operations since its establishment.

Under his leadership, Emivest Feedmill Vietnam is built on the belief that every great achievement begins with small, consistent steps. With determination and a long-term vision, the business continues to grow sustainably while creating value for customers and partners.

He is committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and affordable food products while continuously advancing modern farming technologies. His focus remains on providing efficient and cost-effective solutions for farmers, placing their needs and expectations at the center of everything Emivest Feedmill Vietnam does, and building lasting partnerships for the future.

EMIVEST FEEDMILL VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED was established in Vietnam and operates under Leong Hup Group (Malaysia), with 100% Malaysian investment capital. We believe that every great success begins with small but solid steps. Throughout its formation and development, the company has continuously expanded its scale and enhanced its production capacity to provide effective nutritional solutions for the livestock industry.

Currently, the company operates an integrated system of animal feed and veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, designed and operated using advanced technologies. With stringent quality control processes, Emivest is committed to delivering safe, consistent, and effective products, contributing to enhanced productivity and the sustainable development of the livestock industry.
